Version 1 : logo, favicon and business cards

Version 2 : logo and favicon

I created a new logo that reflects the unique pronunciation of my name. When I introduce myself to people, I say "my name is yoo-en, as in the United Nations." If you want to be technical, the phonetic transcription is / 'u εn /. This sets it apart from the traditional Vietnamese way of pronouncing "Uyen".

The new logo encompasses the variety of ways that my name could be spelled while still preserving the pronunciation [ e.g., U-N, U-EN, U'EN, UYEN ] . The final version displays the full spelling, but the "Y" is created by negative space [ to show that it is silent ] and can also be read as an apostrophe.
